We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our hotel operating smoothly, ensuring all systems are functional, and maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our guests.

What you will be doing

Perform routine maintenance and preventive maintenance tasks
Respond to maintenance requests from guests and team members
Troubleshoot and repair basic HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues
Ensure guest rooms and public areas are in excellent condition
Identify and report safety hazards and maintenance concerns
Support daily operations to ensure a smooth guest experience

Lo Que Harás

Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y tareas de mantenimiento general
Responder a solicitudes de mantenimiento de huéspedes y equipo
Diagnosticar y reparar problemas básicos de HVAC, plomería y electricidad
Asegurar que habitaciones y áreas públicas estén en excelente estado
Identificar y reportar riesgos de seguridad y necesidades de mantenimiento
Apoyar las operaciones diarias para garantizar una buena experiencia del huésped

The ideal candidate for this position

Previous maintenance experience (hotel preferred)
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
