Unleash Your Sales & Catering Expertise
Drive revenue by developing corporate accounts, local business partnerships, social events, and group bookings.
Prospect new opportunities through networking, site visits, and community engagement.
Sell guest rooms, meeting spaces, and customized catering packages tailored to diverse client needs.
Consistently exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Create Memorable Events & Client Experiences
Build strong relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate accounts.
Conduct impactful site tours and client meetings to showcase the property.
Plan and execute meetings, social events, and catered functions with attention to detail.
Oversee event logistics from contract to execution, ensuring seamless delivery.
Deliver Seamless Coordination
Work closely with operations, culinary, and banquet teams to ensure flawless event execution.
Manage event orders (BEOs), timelines, and on-site coordination.
Ensure exceptional service standards for all group and catering functions.
Drive Strategic Growth
Track sales and catering performance to maximize revenue opportunities.
Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales systems.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine strategies.
Support forecasting and budgeting processes.
Collaborate for Excellence
Partner with front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Align with revenue management on pricing strategies for group and event business.
Support brand initiatives and marketing promotions.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in hospitality sales and/or catering or event management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple events and priorities effectively.
Familiarity with hotel PMS, catering systems, and brand standards preferred.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and results-focused.
3–4 years of experience in hotel sales, catering, or event planning preferred.
