We are seeking a.... Restaurant Supervisor to support the daily operations of our restaurant while delivering exceptional guest experiences rooted in thoughtful, heartfelt hospitality. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, leads by example, and is passionate about developing teams and creating memorable dining experiences.
The Restaurant Supervisor works closely with restaurant leadership to oversee service, support team members on the floor, and ensure all aspects of the guest experience meet Lyle’s high standards. This role plays a key part in maintaining service consistency, team engagement, and operational excellence while upholding Lyle’s culture, mission, and philosophy.

Support and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth, efficient service
Lead by example on the floor, providing hands-on support during service
Supervise, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members
Ensure all service standards and guest experience expectations are consistently met
Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling when needed
Address guest concerns professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service flow
Assist with training and onboarding new team members
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety standards
1–3+ years of restaurant experience, preferably in an upscale or high-volume environment
Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
Strong knowledge of front-of-house operations and service standards
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm, organized, and solutions-focused under pressure
Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Commitment to high service standards; Forbes standards knowledge is a plus
Compensation:
$23.00 - $24.00 Per Hour
