The Dual Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales and revenue generation for two hotel properties in the Miami Airport Area.  We are looking for a results-driven sales professional who can balance the unique needs of multiple hotels, build strong client relationships, and develop strategies to maximize occupancy, market share, and profitability.

The Dual Sales Manager will serve as the point of contact for key accounts, group bookings, and partnerships, while ensuring alignment with each property’s brand standards and business objectives.

What you will be doing

Sales & Revenue Management

• Drive sales efforts for both hotels, targeting assigned market segments such as corporate travel, groups, SMERF (Social, Military, Educational, Religious, and Fraternal), and leisure.
• Execute company’s quarterly and annual sales action plans designed to achieve revenue goals across both properties.
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach, sales calls, and site visits.
• Produce and close contracts for group rooms, events, and meetings, ensuring profitability and compliance with brand and company policies.
• Collaborate with Director of Sales in revenue management to align on optimal pricing strategies and yield management.

Client Relations & Account Management

• Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing corporate clients, travel partners, and accounts to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct property tours, presentations, and client entertainment as part of the sales process. (Schedule may vary due to hotel events)
• Partner with marketing to promote both properties through local and digital campaigns.

Operations & Collaboration

• Work closely with the operations, catering, and front office teams to ensure seamless delivery of group business and guest satisfaction.
• Attend daily or weekly sales stand-ups, business reviews, and management meetings.

The ideal candidate for this position

• Minimum 2–3 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a dual or cluster sales environment.
• Previous experience with major hospitality brands (e.g., IHG, Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Accor) preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage multiple hotel portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of the Miami hospitality market and competitive landscape.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with hotel PMS Systems Opera, Hotel Key preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask across multiple properties and priority accounts.
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and results-oriented approach.
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and be willing to travel locally in client visits.
