We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of hotels located in Myrtle Beach, SC, including beachfront and resort-style properties in Myrtle Beach, SC. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in hotel operations, team leadership, and financial performance. 

The Regional Manager will work closely with ownership and property leadership to ensure operational excellence, improve guest experience, and drive profitability across multiple properties.

This role reports directly to ownership and has full operational oversight across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple hotel properties in the Myrtle Beach area
• Lead and support General Managers and department heads
• Ensure consistent service standards and guest satisfaction across all locations
• Monitor financial performance including revenue, labor costs, and operating expenses
• Implement operational strategies to improve profitability and efficiency
• Review property performance reports and develop action plans
• Oversee staffing, training, and leadership development
• Maintain compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and local requirements
• Collaborate with ownership on renovations, capital improvements, and strategic initiatives
• Conduct regular property visits and operational audits

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hotel management experience
• Multi-property or regional management experience strongly preferred
• Strong background in hotel operations, revenue management, and guest service
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Experience managing budgets and improving property performance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to travel between properties in the Myrtle Beach area
