ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Membership Manager with administrative responsibilities including correspondence, filing, tracking, and reporting
Coordinate closely with Food & Beverage, Racquet Sports, Retail, Recreation, and other resort departments to fulfill member requests and ensure seamless service delivery
Assist with the planning and execution of member events and special programming as needed
Anticipate member needs and deliver proactive, personalized service experiences
Maintain accurate and up-to-date member records and database information
Assist members with reservations, special requests, and issue resolution, acting as a liaison between members and resort amenities
Respond to member communications via phone, email, and in person with a polished, courteous, and service-driven approach
Handle confidential member information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism
Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment and support overall departmental success

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service experience
Previous experience in hospitality, luxury resort, or private club environments preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a particular emphasis on professional email correspondence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook
Comfort and confidence collaborating across multiple departments and service teams
Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Professional demeanor and appearance consistent with a luxury brand
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal periods, including member events

Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $19.00 / hour
