Responsibilities:
- Welcome Guests Upon Arrival – Provide information regarding the Hotel, Rooms and Amenities.
- Process all incoming and outgoing reservations and cancellation request in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle all In-House Guest Reservations request; Extensions, Late Check-Outs and/or Rebooking’s.
- Make, Modify and Cancel Reservations, via Telephone, Online or In-Person
- Maintain accurate guest information including; Guest Information, Billing/Payments, Chagres, Etc.
- Maintain daily logs and checklists
- Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner
- Knowledge of all hotel features/services
Qualifications:
- Must have open availability – Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays
- Experience with PEP (A Plus)
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure and stressful situations
- Exceptional multitasking skills and ability to be empathetic to guest needs
