Hotel Skyler is currently seeking a Guest Service Agent. Our Guest Service Agents are fun, energetic professionals with the ability to exceed expectations using excellent guest service skills and a great smile!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome Guests Upon Arrival – Provide information regarding the Hotel, Rooms and Amenities.
• Process all incoming and outgoing reservations and cancellation request in a timely and efficient manner.
• Handle all In-House Guest Reservations request; Extensions, Late Check-Outs and/or Rebooking’s.
• Make, Modify and Cancel Reservations, via Telephone, Online or In-Person
• Maintain accurate guest information including; Guest Information, Billing/Payments, Chagres, Etc.
• Maintain daily logs and checklists
• Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner
• Knowledge of all hotel features/services

Qualifications:

• Must have open availability – Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays
• Experience with PEP (A Plus)
• Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure and stressful situations
• Exceptional multitasking skills and ability to be empathetic to guest needs
