HCW is a real estate development and property management company. 

Development: We have developed a diverse portfolio of over $2 billion in real estate over the last 25 years, of which we completed $93 million in 2016 and with $110 million in 2017. Our signature development is the $420 million mixed-use Branson Landing development.
We build to own and sell opportunistically.

Hospitality Management: We develop, own, and operate full-service, select service,
and extended stay hotels. Most of our hotels operate under Hilton or Marriott flags.
Our portfolio currently contains about 7,500 hotel rooms.

Project Management: We own and operate over 6,000 multifamily and single family
residences for rent, and over 500,000 square feet of retail property.
