We’ve influenced and contributed to all aspects of life, art, cuisine, nature, fashion, music, education, spirituality — and now, the economy.
We’ve carefully invested time, talent and resources to build a social and economic foundation that will last for generations. The Mille Lacs Band has worked towards greater self-sufficiency, the kind only achieved through economic strength. That is our opportunity. That is our responsibility. It is our destiny. We do it for the Mille Lacs Band, for Native people, and for all citizens of our state and region.

The Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe is an Ojibwa tribe located in Minnesota. The tribe boasts over 4,000 tribal members. Their land-base is the Mille Lacs Indian Reservation, consisting of two reservations and nine communities defined in the tribal constitution, aggregated into three districts.
The Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe owns and operates Grand Casino Mille Lacs and Hinckley.
