Overview:

As an Electrician you will ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained hotel environment. You willmaintainwiring, domestic hot andcold watersystems, control, HVAC, electrical, plumbingrepairsand lighting systems. You will be expected to inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuitbreakersandassistwith general maintenance duties. 

Responsibilities:

Schedule and complete equipment PMs.

Operate andmaintainlow-pressure boiler for the hot water system.

Operate and maintain other vessels as needed for hotwaterkitchen steam and air conditioning systems.

Assistmechanics and external contractors with repairs of hotel property and equipment.

Repair andmaintaincommercial kitchen and laundry equipment.

Repair andmaintainswimming pool and pool equipment.

Completion of all assigned work orders and daily tasks.
Receive directionfor house calls via radio.

Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.

Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.

Have a thorough understanding of OSHA rules and regulations.

Qualifications:

Required to have a Class 1 operating engineer license.

Knowledge of "household" repairs (carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.).

Ability tolift upto 100lbs.

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Mustexhibit a positive attitude at all times.

Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a motor vehicle background check.
