What We’re Looking For

Preferred high school diploma with technical or vocational training.
Experience in hospitality is a plus, though not essential.
Proficiency in carpentry, painting, electrical work, and other technical fields.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Familiarity with the Kemper Insurance Red Tag System and ability to drive a pick-up truck may be necessary.
Physical ability to lift at least 40 pounds.
