Your role as a Front Desk Agent goes beyond checking people in and out - it's about creating lasting impressions and setting the stage for unforgettable guest experiences. Responsibilities
- Be the face of hospitality, delivering exceptional service with passion and flair.
- Welcome and assist guests both in person and over the phone, showcasing your problem-solving skills and tech-savviness.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and financial transactions accurately and confidently.
Requirements
To thrive in this role, you must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be adept at using computer systems. Physical stamina is a plus, as this position involves continuous movement and occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds.
