We are looking for a Senior F&B Supervisor Breakfast who knows how to lead a busy morning service with confidence, warmth, and a sharp eye for detail.

Set within the beautiful surroundings of Pulitzer Amsterdam, Jansz. is our elegant yet approachable restaurant where elevated casual dining meets the charm of a true Amsterdam canal house. With around 85 covers, a semi private dining area, and three event spaces, it is a dynamic setting where service should always feel polished, personal, and memorable.

As Breakfast Senior Supervisor, you help lead the morning operation at Jansz. You set the tone for the team, support the flow of service, and make sure every guest starts their day feeling genuinely cared for.

You will work morning shifts of approximately 9 hours, typically between 06:00 and 15:00.

During high season, our hotel often reaches 85%+ occupancy, which makes breakfast a lively and fast paced service. This is where guest experience, efficiency, and pace all need to come together.

You know how to keep calm in a buzzing environment, support the team where needed, and maintain high standards even during the busiest moments.

We are looking for someone who combines operational strength with emotional intelligence. 

You are someone who:

• Has experience in a supervisory role within a hotel or quality driven restaurant
• Understands the pace and complexity of breakfast service in a high occupancy hotel
• Leads by example with confidence, warmth, and a hands on mindset
• Has an eye for detail and naturally keeps standards high
• Can read the room in seconds and adapt quickly
• Knows how to create calm, structure, and flow during busy service
• Brings genuine care to both guests and colleagues
