As a Hostess at Jansz., you are the first and lasting impression of our restaurant. With warmth, confidence, and a natural sense of hospitality, you create a seamless arrival experience while managing reservations, seating, and guest flow with ease.

You set the tone for a refined yet relaxed dining experience, making every guest feel welcome, seen, and excited to dine with us.

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, creating an immediate sense of comfort

• Manage reservations, walk ins, and table allocation to ensure smooth guest flow

• Communicate wait times, seating availability, and special requests clearly

• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to support a seamless operation

• Handle busy moments and unexpected changes with calm, professionalism, and good judgement

• Ensure every interaction reflects the warm and polished service style of Jansz.

• A naturally welcoming and guest focused personality

• Previous experience in a hostess, reception, or guest facing role is preferred

• Strong organisational skills and the ability to keep overview during busy service

• Confident communication skills and a professional appearance

• Comfortable working with reservation systems

• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and special occasions
