The Role As a Restaurant Supervisor, you support daily restaurant operations, assist in leading the service team, and ensure guests receive warm, attentive, and consistent service. You help maintain a clean and organized dining room, guide team members, and resolve guest issues with professionalism.

What You Will Be Doing

Supervise restaurant staff during daily service

Support training, coaching, and performance of servers, hosts, and bussers

Ensure excellent guest service and handle service recovery when needed

Oversee table sections, flow of service, and overall dining room operations

Assist with opening and closing procedures

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams

Support inventory tracking, side work, and setup tasks

Help ensure compliance with hotel and brand standards
