Your Profile

• Mastermind behind HR functions for at least 3–5 years

• Fluency in the art of human resources within the hospitality realm

• Experience in pioneering through hotel openings or rapid expansions

• Adeptness in employment law and the nuances of HR dynamics

• Champion in recruiting and cultivating top-tier talent

• Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent

• Extra points for PHR/SPHR or SHRM certification
