About the company

The Cal Alumni Association (CAA) at the University of California, Berkeley, is dedicated to engaging and supporting a global community of over 500,000 alumni. As an independent, mission-driven 501(c)3 nonprofit, we create opportunities for connection, celebration, and lifelong learning through a variety of high-impact events, programs, and initiatives.  Our programs inclue an award-wining magazine, scholarships, alumni-student mentoring, family camp, educational group travel, and more. 

Our home base, the historic Alumni House, is a beautifully designed venue nestled in the heart of the UC Berkeley campus. This unique space serves as a hub for campus, alumni, and student engagement, offering a serene, professional setting for special events, meetings, retreats, and weddings. At the heart of our hospitality efforts is the Events Department, which brings the spirit of Cal to life by hosting conferences, reunions, cultural experiences, and milestone celebrations. From intimate gatherings to large-scale university traditions, our events are designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and memorable.
