About the management team

Combining decades of experience, Hospitality Asset Management Company (HAMCO) was formed in 1998 by Mark Morath, Edward Friedman and Bruce Heim. HAMCO linked hotel owners and operational successes, to create a cohesive management source for established hotels, and an opportunity for the development of new hospitality projects. Hospitality Asset Management Company has surrounded itself with over 500 dedicated employees throughout its operations. The nucleus of the HAMCO staff is based in State College.
