The Granger Building is located in the heart of Downtown San Diego at the iconic corner of Fifth Avenue and Broadway. The Romanesque-style Historic Building was built in 1904. Over the years, this storied building has served San Diego as a bank, office space, and even played host to animals for the World Famous San Diego Zoo. Today the Granger Building is being transformed into a boutique hotel in the heart of Downtown San Diego at the corner of Fifth Avenue and Broadway, the gateway to the world-famous Gaslamp Quarter and Core/Civic District.
