And because proximity is paramount, we’re close to the neighborhood dog park, Highways 92 & 101, the Hillsdale Caltrain stop, and Leo Ryan Park (home to windsurfing lessons and leisure galore). In other words, your cup will runneth over in both things to do and ways to recharge.

And when a mellow mood takes hold, the plush, laid back waterfront clubhouse, the inviting fire pit, or the tension-melting poolside lounge chairs are great options.

Designed for adventure and crafted for explorers, The Lagoons Paddle Club is our very own fleet of seaworthy (okay, okay … lagoon worthy) vessels. Neighbors can rent one of our kayaks or paddleboards – free of charge.
