Electric Hospitality is an award-winning Atlanta-based hospitality group behind brands including Ladybird, Muchacho, Tiger Sun, Ranger Station and Electric Events. We create high-energy, design-forward spaces that bring people together through food, drink, and culture.

We currently own and operate 7 properties and are entering a major growth phase with several new restaurant openings in development with additional real estate opportunities on the horizon. To support this growth we are building a best-in-class internal finance and accounting function that operates with speed, clarity and precision.

We are hiring a Director of Finance to serve as the financial and strategic right hand to our CEO and leadership team.

This is not a back-office accounting role. The Director of Finance is an integral senior leader responsible for the financial decision making that will allow Electric Hospitality to scale with confidence. You will own the numbers, drive the insight and help shape our growth. 

You will report directly to the CEO, oversee finance and accounting, and work closely with operations, development, and key external partners. The ideal candidate can both build the systems and lead the function — moving fluidly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution when the moment demands it.
