Since 1989, founder Drake Leddy and his team have taken Presidian from a young hotel consulting group to a national hotel company that has developed, acquired and managed over 30 hotels across the United States including complex full-service hotels and adaptive reuse of historical buildings. With the launch of its management division in 1999, Presidian's impressive portfolio of hotels and residential properties expanded to include such leading brands as Hilton, Starwood, IHG, Marriott and Hyatt. Drake's son, Charles Leddy, took over leadership of Presidian as the CEO in late 2013 after spending 15 years in executive management roles with some of the world's leading companies, including McKinsey & Company and Starbucks Corporation.
