From truly humble beginnings, in 1986 affiliates of HBS purchased their first hotel. Then in 1996, they formed a hotel development and management company, and built their first hotel from ground up. Since then they have managed, developed, owned, bought and sold numerous hotels throughout the nation. With over 30 years of industry experience managing a diverse collection of iconic hotel brands throughout the nation including Hilton, IHG , Boutique Hotels and others.
