Opening in 2025, our forthcoming Tribute Portfolio Hotel from Marriott’s highly-curated design collection, will be the first of its kind to land in New York City. Set in a gleaming new skyscraper and featuring a modern array of 378-rooms – including 10 sky-high suites – we’re taking a boutique style approach to our hospitality. Striking design details will include a dramatic lobby with towering ceilings, a day-into-night bar for all-occasion gatherings, a ballroom, a business center and flexible meeting spaces. An expansive, fourth-floor restaurant and terrace bar will host elevated chef-driven cuisine, innovative cocktails and impressive west-facing Hudson River views.

Directly across the street from the Javits Center, we like to think of our new hub as an “unconventional convention” hotel. Conveniently located to New York’s major transportation hubs – the Lincoln Tunnel, Penn Station, the West Side Highway, and the newly-minted 7 Train – we are also within a short walking distance to Hudson Yards, The High Line, Hudson River Greenway and the famed Theater District.
