Courtyard Saratoga Springs
The Courtyard by Marriott Saratoga Springs was built in 2004 in partnership with Equinox Companies. Located on Excelsior Avenue, it is within walking distance of downtown Saratoga. It was the first Marriott flagged hotel to open in the Saratoga market. It currently ranks among the top performers in the Courtyard brand in guest satisfaction year after year. The hotel will be undergoing a full PIP in 2013 to include the lobby, public space and guest rooms. Because of the hotel’s success, BBL has recently completed and opened an adjacent banquet/meeting space to complement the hotel.
