We are an integrated development, investment management and advisory group focused on opportunities in real estate worldwide

Our team have been investing in world class real estate since 2005. We initially developed as part of the Cube Capital Group, an alternative investment house, and became independent after a spin-off in 2013.

Leveraging the experience of our international team and affiliates we seek to unlock distressed and repositioning opportunities in developed markets with particular focus on the US as well as greenfield development projects and special situations in select emerging markets.
