Position Overview

This role combines the first impression of our restaurant with the behind-the-scenes support that keeps service running smoothly. We're looking for someone who enjoys interacting with guests, stays organized during busy shifts, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed.

Responsibilities

Hosting & Guest Relations

• Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival.

• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and table assignments.

• Answer incoming calls and assist with guest inquiries.

• Communicate with servers and management to maintain a smooth flow of service.

• Create a positive first and last impression for every guest.

Bussing & Dining Room Support

• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.

• Assist servers with water service and guest requests.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room and patio.

• Restock service stations and supplies.

• Support opening and closing duties.

• Work closely with the team to keep service running efficiently.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.

• Friendly, professional, and confident when communicating with guests.

• Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

• Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

• Comfortable standing, walking, and moving throughout the shift.

• Weekend and holiday availability preferred.

• Familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.
