The Role As the Area Director of Sales and Marketing for Courtyard and Fairfield Inn by Marriott both located in Austin Parmer, TX (managed by Dimension Hospitality), you will have the opportunity to shape the success of two premier hotel properties. This exciting leadership role combines strategic planning, relationship building, and revenue generation as you drive sales performance, develop innovative marketing strategies, and create new business opportunities. Working closely with hotel leadership teams, you will play a critical role in growing market share, maximizing revenue, and positioning both hotels as preferred destinations in the Austin market.
This role is eligible for a $2,000.00 Sign-On bonus, payable according to the company's established bonus payment schedule
