What You’ll Be Doing

• Inspecting guest rooms and shared spaces with an eagle eye, making sure cleanliness, presentation, and safety are always five-star ready.
• Coaching and mentoring our housekeeping team — sharing your know-how on cleaning techniques, equipment, and safe chemical handling.
• Catching the small stuff before it becomes a big deal, so every guest walks into a room that feels like pure Beverly Hills luxury.
• Keeping tabs on supplies and equipment, and following SDS and emergency protocols like the pro you are.
• Turning guest concerns into guest delight with quick thinking, warmth, and seamless teamwork across departments.

What You Bring to the Table

• A sharp eye for detail and the communication skills to lead and inspire a team.
• Hands-on know-how in cleaning, sanitation, floor care, and safe chemical handling.
• Hotel housekeeping experience — bonus points if you’ve already led a team or managed a housekeeping operation.
• A background in janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning? Even better.
• The physical stamina for a hands-on role — standing, bending, and lifting — all while keeping safety front and center.
