The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is searching for a Premium Suites Manager to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Premium Suites Manager, you will oversee the operations of the suites department at TD Garden on event days providing memorable experience for our guests.
Pay
Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $65,500 – $88,400 / year
In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
- Oversee all suite operations for games, concerts, and special events
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service across all suites
- Recruit, train, schedule, and develop suite employees and supervisors
- Manage labor budgets, scheduling, and productivity
- Maintain inventory controls and minimize waste
- Partner with culinary to ensure food quality, presentation, and timely execution
- Oversee menu execution, ordering, replenishment, and dietary accommodations
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and deadlines are consistently met
- Other duties as assigned by management
More about you
- Minimum of three years’ hospitality management experience required, preferably in a high-volume setting
- Strong managerial and leading ability
- Experience with inventory, cost control, and purchasing required
- Financial management accountability and budgeting experience required
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions independently
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- No degree required
