What You’ll Do

Work your magic—cleaning, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming guest rooms and bathrooms to true Hilton standards.
Create those irresistible “fresh hotel bed” moments with crisp linens and perfectly made beds.
Keep the little luxuries stocked—soap, shampoo, and all the comforts that make guests feel pampered.
Set tomorrow up for success by organizing your linen closet and restocking your cart before you clock out.
Share Nashville’s famous hospitality with every guest you pass, one friendly smile at a time.

What You Bring

A can-do attitude and the stamina to match. This role keeps you moving—bending, lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 25–30 pounds regularly, and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You’ll be on your feet for your shift, ready to tackle repetitive tasks with energy and focus. Basic English communication skills round out the mix.
