What You'll Do

Provide prompt, professional, and courteous food and beverage service to guests on the beach and in designated outdoor service areas.
Greet guests warmly and establish a welcoming atmosphere.
Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
Accurately enter orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen and bar.
Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation and quality standards are met.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and promptly address concerns.
Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of beach service stations, storage areas, and equipment.
Set up and break down beach service areas according to operational standards.
Comply with all responsible alcohol service requirements and company policies.
Work as part of a fun, fast-paced team

What We're Looking For

Previous serving or hospitality experience preferred
Outgoing personality and strong communication skills
Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Availability for weekends and holidays
