Nestled against the sun-drenched boulders of Paradise Valley, El Chorro Lodge has been a desert oasis of genuine hospitality since 1934. Here, under the shade of ancient Aleppo pine trees and framed by the legendary Camelback and Mummy Mountains, we’re looking for a warm, detail-loving go-getter to help us create unforgettable dining experiences — one perfectly set table at a time.

What You’ll Do
- Clear and reset tables with speed, precision, and an eye for detail
- Keep your station stocked, polished, and ready for action
- Deliver that first warm welcome with beverages, bread, and butter
- Support our servers like a true teammate, anticipating needs before they arise
- Whisk dirty dishes away like a backstage pro, keeping the show running smoothly
- Jump in wherever needed — flexibility is part of the fun
What You’ll Bring
- A high school diploma (preferred)
- Maricopa County Food Service Worker Card and Arizona Title IV Alcohol Certification
- Prior food and beverage experience (a plus, not a must)
- A knack for table settings, service ware, and all the little details that make a big difference
- A willingness to learn and embody the Marc & Rose Hospitality and El Chorro purpose, pillars, and service essentials
