Ambassador of first impressions, your mission is to ensure every guest feels more than just “checked-in.” They feel cherished, understood, and eager to return. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating to kick-start a seamless dining experience.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and maintain a professional demeanor.
• Manage reservations and seating efficiently, optimizing guest satisfaction and dining flow.
• Act as the liaison with kitchen and service teams to ensure fluid communication and timely service.
• Address guest needs thoughtfully, including dietary restrictions and special requests.
• Oversee the dining area’s presentation, coordinating with staff to uphold standards.
• Engage in the organization of special events and group reservations, adding a personal touch to every occasion.
• Handle transactions accurately, ensuring all financial interactions are handled with care.
• Share your knowledge of the menu, specials, and promotions, making recommendations that enhance guest experiences.
• Ensure guests leave with a positive farewell and a reason to return.
• Support various administrative tasks, helping keep the outlet’s operations smooth.
