Compensation: Up to $90,000 plus bonus

We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic and visionary leader to craft the ultimate arrival experience as part of our opening leadership team.
Your New Role
As a pivotal leader, you’ll orchestrate all guest service operations, from Guest Services, Concierge, Valet and Bell Services. Imagine leading a team where your daily mission is to ensure that every guest interaction becomes a cherished memory.
What You’ll Accomplish
Pre-Opening & Opening Responsibilities
- Lead the pre-opening planning, development, and successful launch of all Rooms Division operations, including Front Office, Guest Services, Concierge, and related guest experience functions.
- Develop and implement Rooms Division policies, procedures, standards, and operating manuals aligned with brand expectations and luxury hospitality standards.
- Partner with hotel leadership to establish operational goals, service standards, staffing plans, budgets, and opening timelines.
- Assist with the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training of Rooms Division leadership and team members.
- Develop departmental training programs focused on service excellence, brand culture, operational procedures, and guest engagement.
- Configure, test, and optimize hotel operating systems, including PMS, guest communication platforms, housekeeping systems, and related technology solutions.
- Establish room readiness processes, quality assurance inspections, and operational checklists to ensure a successful opening.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Management, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to align guest arrival experiences and hotel-wide opening strategies.
- Support room inventory setup, room type configuration, rate loading, guest profiles, and operational workflows within hotel systems.
- Coordinate pre-opening mock stays, operational simulations, and service recovery training to prepare teams for opening.
- Establish VIP, group, corporate, and special arrival procedures to support key business segments.
- Participate in opening readiness meetings, project timelines, vendor coordination, and final operational inspections.
- Monitor opening performance, identify operational gaps, and implement continuous improvement strategies following launch.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, safety regulations, and applicable laws throughout the opening process.
Who We Are Looking For
- Minimum of 4 to 6 years of progressive leadership in front office operations required, preferably in a full service, boutique, or lifestyle hotel.
- Previous role as an Assistant Director of Front Office or Director of Front Office.
- Pre-opening hotel experience is highly desired.
- Showcase a proven track record of leading high-performance teams and exceeding guest expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to configure, implement, and optimize technology systems, including PMS, POS, and Microsoft Office applications, while effectively managing operations in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
