You’ll be the engine behind our housekeeping team’s excellence — keeping closets stocked, rooms pristine, and every detail dialed in so our guests never have to think twice.

Your Daily Rhythm:

• Transport clean and soiled linens with speed and care.
• Strip departure rooms, clearing the way for the next guest’s story to begin.
• Flag any maintenance needs to Housekeeping or Engineering before they become problems.
• Show up, every time, ready to go.
• Champion a safe, sharp, well-run workspace.

What You Bring to the Table

You’re not easily rattled. You thrive on momentum, juggle priorities like second nature, and take quiet satisfaction in a job done right. Weekend and holiday availability is a must — because in Carmel, that’s when the magic happens.

The Essentials:

• Six months of related experience.
• Comfort working independently, with sharp instincts and a steady pace.
• Clear, fluent communication in English.
• Valid documentation to work in the US.
• Must meet legal age requirements.

Protective equipment, including gloves and masks when needed, will be provided for safe handling of cleaning materials.
