Are you a passionate culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment?

We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary leadership team. If you are committed to exceptional food quality, inspiring teams, and delivering memorable guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Support the Executive Chef in the day-to-day operation of the kitchen
• Lead and motivate kitchen staff while maintaining high culinary standards
• Assist with menu development, costing, pricing, and execution for restaurants and banquet events
• Manage scheduling, productivity, inventory, and food cost controls
• Ensure all food safety, sanitation, and health & safety standards are met
• Coordinate special events both on and off property
• Train and develop kitchen team members while fostering a collaborative culture

What You Bring

✔ 5+ years of culinary leadership experience
✔ Red Seal Certification (or equivalent)
✔ Food Safety & Food Handler Certification
✔ Hospitality diploma or degree (preferred)
✔ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
✔ Passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
