• Serve as the welcoming face and voice of our Athletic Club, setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience
• Manage check-ins, scheduling, and member inquiries with polish and efficiency
• Collaborate with a team of fitness professionals, spa specialists, and hospitality experts
• Build meaningful relationships with members, many of whom return year after year
• Represent a brand synonymous with excellence in the greater Phoenix hospitality scene
