Position Overview
Trilogy Hotel Huntsville, part of Marriott’s distinguished Autograph Collection, is seeking an exceptional Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s strategic sales efforts. This role is ideal for a driven hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at building influential relationships, and is energized by delivering strong revenue performance in a competitive downtown market.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership — Lead the sales team with clear goals, accountability, and performance-driven coaching.
- Market Strategy — Develop and execute strategic plans that strengthen Trilogy’s competitive position in downtown Huntsville.
- Key Account Development — Build and maintain relationships with top corporate, government, and group clients.
- Revenue Optimization — Partner with Revenue Management to maximize RevPAR, group pace, and segment mix.
- Community Engagement — Represent Trilogy at local business events, tourism boards, and industry organizations.
- Brand Excellence — Uphold Autograph Collection’s commitment to individuality, storytelling, and elevated guest experiences.

Proven success in hotel sales leadership (preferably in upscale or lifestyle brands)
