What You’ll Be Doing

• Chasing (and crushing) monthly revenue goals while growing our slice of the Nashville market pie
• Getting out there—face-to-face meetings, tele-prospecting, and good old-fashioned hustle to bring in new business
• Diving into sales blitzes and using smart tools to sniff out fresh opportunities
• Sizing up potential business wins and pitching your findings to the GM, Corporate Director of Sales, and Revenue Manager
• Building your little black book of contacts through community involvement and networking savvy
• Staying two steps ahead of the competition by knowing their playbook better than they do
• Keeping your paperwork sharp, deadlines tight, and communication crystal clear
• Cultivating real relationships with top clients—because loyalty is the best kind of return on investment

• Proven hotel sales experience, especially in outside or direct sales
• A steady, dependable work history that shows you know how to stick the landing
• Sharp organizational skills and a knack for following up like a pro
