Checking people in and out—it’s a no-brainer, right? But being a Front Desk Agent is about so much more than that. You are often the first and last impression our guests have of our hotel, and your interaction can set the tone for their entire stay and impact their overall experience.
We are looking for a bubbly, energetic, and welcoming individual who genuinely enjoys interacting with people and has a natural passion for providing exceptional guest service. As a Front Desk Agent, You Will:
Provide a warm and welcoming first impression to our guests.
Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable guest experiences.
Welcome and assist guests in person and over the phone every day.
Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently.
Enjoy solving problems and finding solutions to meet our guests’ needs.
Use a computer and various hotel software systems to complete daily tasks.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.
Communicate professionally and effectively with guests and team members.
