Make Every Order Feel Like A Special Delivery

You’ll be a key part of the guest experience, bringing delicious food, refreshing beverages, and impeccable service directly to guest rooms and resort spaces. This is more than delivering a tray—it’s reading the moment, anticipating needs, and adding a little sparkle to every interaction.

• Deliver food and beverages promptly, accurately, and beautifully presented.
• Provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service with every guest interaction.
• Set up, maintain, and clear in-room dining orders with care and discretion.
• Know the menu, daily specials, and beverage offerings well enough to make confident recommendations.
• Process guest checks and payments accurately.
• Communicate closely with culinary, front desk, and restaurant teams to keep service smooth and seamless.
• Help maintain clean, organized service areas that reflect The Scott’s elevated standards.
