Housekeeping Manager

Full-Time

Duties and responsibilities will include providing leadership and support to Housekeeping and Laundry associates, work alongside the Director of Housekeeping in all areas of operations related to Housekeeping including cleanliness and presentation of guestrooms, public areas and back of the house areas. Assist with all administrative functions including answering phone, department inventory management, supply ordering and purchase order procedures as well as scheduling . Deliver training and consistent follow up regarding standards of service and cleanliness. Perform frequent inspections of guestrooms. Respond to guests requests regarding lost and found. Perform other duties as assigned.

Candidate must possess strong communication and administrative skills, computer knowledge and professional phone manner. Prior Housekeeping Management experience required including knowledge of cleanliness standards for the Housekeeping techniques, ability to inspect rooms and able to lead Housekeeping associates. Must be flexible to work in various shifts including evening and weekends.
