We’re looking for an energetic, polished hospitality professional who knows that a great cocktail is more than a recipe—it’s a moment. You’ll create welcoming experiences for guests at the bar, support the dining room team, and bring genuine warmth, confidence, and attention to detail to every interaction.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome every guest with the sincere, gracious service El Chorro is known for.
• Prepare, mix, garnish, and present cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages using established recipes, quality standards, and thoughtful portion control.
• Share beverage specials, make recommendations, and help guests discover the perfect pairing for their experience.
• Prepare beverages for bar guests as well as service tickets from the restaurant team—keeping quality high and service flowing.
• Maintain a polished, fully stocked bar each day, including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, garnishes, juices, condiments, and other essentials.
• Prepare, cut, store, and rotate fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables to ensure exceptional quality and freshness.
• Accurately enter orders and create guest checks using the Aloha point-of-sale system.
• Process cash and charge transactions, make change, verify charges, and ensure vouchers are completed correctly.
• Secure cash drops and the bar bank in accordance with established procedures.
• Close, lock, and properly store beverages, food, equipment, and bar supplies at the end of service.
• Support the Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, and fellow associates with additional responsibilities as needed.

• You understand basic sanitation practices and health department standards, including dishwashing procedures.

• You are reliable and committed to reporting for scheduled shifts—attendance is essential to the guest experience and team’s success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Maricopa County Food Service Worker card or certification required.
• Alcohol Management Certification required.
• Food and beverage experience is preferred, but a strong service mindset and willingness to learn are just as important.
