You are part of the team that is empowered to provide exceptional cleaning service in our guest rooms, corridors and public areas. You will work closely with others who, like you, are fully committed to ensuring that all spaces are clean, warm, welcoming and encourage comfort.

Essential Functions:

• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment while having an impeccable eye for detail.
• Share your passion and knowledge to ensure completion of all cleaning responsibilities.
• Responsible for safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of corridors, housekeeping linen and storage closets, and public areas.
• Utilize the freedom to go beyond to take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty.
• Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests’ needs are being met.
• Anticipate and respond to guest inquiries by being knowledgeable of all services/features and local attractions/activities.
• Monitor cleanliness of guest facing and back of the house areas throughout the day.

Areas include:

• Guest and team member restrooms
• Gym and yoga deck
• Exterior points of entry/exit of the hotel (Living room, Sculpture Garden, team member access points)
• Living room, Game room, Mezzanine, and podium (1st, 2nd and 3rd floor common spaces-carpets, chairs, tables, shelves including stairs)
• Perimeter exterior areas surrounding the hotel.
• Guest and back of the house elevators.
• Offices 1st,2nd,3rd floors
• Vending area on the 1st floor
• Hallways 1st, 2nd,3rd floors
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Working Environment/Physical Demands:

• The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by a team member to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
• While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to walk, stand, and sit 6-8 hours per day and may have exposure to basic office supply chemicals.
• The team member is occasionally required to climb and use balance. Additionally, they will frequently be asked to use hands and arms to reach, carry, pull, and lift up-to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision.

• While performing the duties of this job, the team member will experience temperature fluctuations (rain, wind, heat, humidity), and moderate to high noise levels.
