Position Overview

We are seeking a Director of Sales to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys building strong relationships that directly influence revenue performance.

What You’ll Do

Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts across multiple properties
Identify new business opportunities within the Huntsville market
Collaborate with property‑level team to execute sales strategies
Analyze market trends and segment performance to drive revenue
Represent Ascent Hospitality with professionalism, integrity, and service excellence
