As a Bell Attendant at Arlo Chicago, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service to ensure a memorable and seamless experience. Your friendly and professional demeanor will set the tone for their stay as you assist with luggage, provide directions, and accommodate special requests.
Responsibilities- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure
- Assist guests with loading and unloading luggage
- Provide information about the hotel amenities and local area
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and lobby area
- Ensure all guest requests are handled promptly and courteously
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift and carry luggage safely
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Competitive pay at $17.05 per hour, paid bi-weekly
