Lead Culinary Supervisor

Downtown Chicago convention hotel seeks an experienced, creative and motivate culinary professional to join our culinary team.  The position will primarily oversee dinner service while occasionally assisting in banquet operations.  The ideal candidate will have been working in a supervisory capacity in a kitchen for at least three years.  Candidate also will need experience in menu development, calculating food cost, purchasing and must have a current sanitation license.  Experience working in a hotel preferred.  If you have all this, please send us your resume.
