Essential Job Functions:

• Inspects the cleaning and servicing of guestrooms.
• Inspects the cleanliness of guest hallways.
• Assigns special projects as directed by the Director of Housekeeping.
• Support new Omni Safe and Clean protocols throughout the hotel to support Omni's Covid-19 related sanitation protocols.
• Reports any needed repairs or discrepancies of guest rooms.
• Ensuresthat all GRAs haveappropriate suppliesand linens.
• Assistsin the cleaning of guest rooms when necessary.
• Assistsin processing AM and PM room status reports.
• Ensures that the GRA's linen cart is neat and well organized.
• Ensures that linen closets on guest room floors are completely stocked.
• Maintainallsupplystorage closets, neat and clean at all times.
• Must have all guest rooms punched in via the phone after completion.
• Ensure all guest room doors be held open with a door stopper when needed.
• Ensure VIP rooms must be inspected before noon.
• Participate and monitorthe new hire training process.
• Ensurecheck-out rooms area priority.
• Maintain daily knowledge ofhotel,facilitiesand events.

• Ensurehotel,guestand associates aremaintainedin aclean,safe and secure environment.

Qualifications:

• PreviousHousekeeping experience is preferred, withdemonstratedleadership skills.
• Able to work with management on special projects.
• Must work with a strongattention to detail.
• Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in English.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand forlong periodsof time, walk, push, pull, stoop,bendand lift items of moderate weight for an entire shift.

Working Environment:

• Interior of hotel withdaily travel around property.
• Exposure tohazardous chemicals.
